EXAMINED LIFE

As Socrates said: "The examined life is the only one worth living." For this reason it is good, I think, that the perception of our existence is a continuous stop, feel the living and think about it.
Surely such activity should be much more rewarding to do and let life go by without more. Without making the experience a continuing source of wisdom and learning. Even in suffering, the reflexive acceptance of adverse situations can help us assess all everything in perspective. I think the realities are what they are learning not to assume is an unpleasant condition that increases vital unrest.
An examined life mitigates the inherent angst.
